Cancellation and Returns Policy
Our replacement guarantees applicable for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will unable to get full refund or exchange. Actually, this replacement Guarantee (except intact box or packet) only for physical products sold on 1xgadget.com.
Please note that sometimes an order cannot be processed for various reasons. 1xgadget.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time time. To complete order You may be asked to provide additional verification or information.
If you have to replace your product, the replacement request must be raised within 24 hours after receiving that product from our delivery agent. Another important thing is that, refund is only applicable to that canceled order products which is not available in our stock.
Product(s) will not be returned, if it once received by the customer. Therefore, we are strongly request to our customer to check properly the product before receiving the product(s)
If you want to return your Purchased product you have to fulfill the requirements mentions bellow:
- Evidence of purchase (order number, date, invoice, etc.) product(s)
- The reason for return product(s) must need to be valid.
- Must need to fulfill the return acceptance terms. (Mentioned below)
If you find anything missing of your ordered product(s), or if anything is damaged, please immediately return the product(s) to our delivery agent. After you accept the products, you are unable to claim for return that product(s).
The general valid reason for which customer can returning the product(s).
- If we deliver the wrong product to customer.
- If we deliver any defective product.
- Incomplete delivery or if we deliver the product with any missing part.
- If our web content or product detail or price is incorrect.
Return or replacement guarantee will not valid for the following reason.
If product damages due to wrong use of the product(s) by customer.
If product(s) will not work properly.
if product(s) tampered or missing serial numbers by customer.
Any damage/defect of product(s) that not cover under manufacturer’s warranty.
If customer returned product(s) without original packaging and accessories.
Actually, customer have to return products same as he received product(s) from our delivery agent.
